Alberto Franco

Alberto graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007 where he served on the Student Bar Association as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. While in law school, Mr. Franco was also an intern with the Tulsa County District Attorney's office assisting the Major Felonies division. He earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Family Law in the World Community and Law and Literature.

Before obtaining a Juris Doctor, Mr. Franco received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago (his home town). He went on to enjoy successful careers with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and GEICO.

Mr. Franco is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts. He is also admitted in federal district court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Alberto is fluent in Spanish and regularly appears as co-host on the popular local Spanish-language television program, Temas Legales seen locally on TeleTul 51 (Cox Cable 444). He addresses a variety of legal topics and is a vital legal resource to the local Hispanic community.
